Summary:                    Update default res_ldap.conf
Description: 
This patch adds SIP attributes mentioned in
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=12236 to the sample res_ldap.conf. It
also renames PBXAccount* LDAP attributes to the current AstAccount* form.
Also realmedPassword is renamed to AstAccountRealmedPassword.

included with http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=12236.

Can you please upload the patch there, instead?
