Summary:                    running make does not identify cdr_tds correctly
Description: 
Running make with freeTDS 0.64 (current stable release) installed triggers
a warning that the TDS version is older and should be upgraded.

It then fails with several error which I'll upload in a second. 

Checking the code it is executing code under  #ifdef FREETDS_PRE_0_62

We've seen this behavior before when you have TWO different installations
of freetds installed, generally in /usr/local (from source) and in /usr
(from a package).  Can you confirm that you do not have two different
installs of FreeTDS on your system?
