Summary:                    running make does not identify cdr_tds correctly
Description: 
Running make with freeTDS 0.64 (current stable release) installed triggers
a warning that the TDS version is older and should be upgraded.

It then fails with several error which I'll upload in a second. 

Checking the code it is executing code under  #ifdef FREETDS_PRE_0_62

I just been able to reproduce this.
I will have to check configure script carefully.

So far, if you really need to use this you can:
set makeopts line http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=10#81 to:
FREETDS_INCLUDE=  -DFREETDS_0_64
which should build correctly.
