Summary:                    Deadlock/Locked channels
Description: 
I'm testing patch from ticket 12098 and now we get some deadlock when I try
to do 'soft hangup <tab>, I must restart CLI in order to execute others
commands.

I just try to do :

soft hangup Local/1344 at default-agent-52bf,2

and got this http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=5#2 minutes later :

Channel doesnt want to hangup.
