Summary:                    Deadlock/Locked channels
Description: 
I'm testing patch from ticket 12098 and now we get some deadlock when I try
to do 'soft hangup <tab>, I must restart CLI in order to execute others
commands.

There is no actual error in that output.  We're going to need you to attach
to the process with gdb and do a 'thread apply all bt' and 'thread apply
all bt full' to see what it's hanging on.
