Summary:                    After update gets havy noise when Session Progress
or Ringing state
Description: 
Hello. After update my asterisk to last 1.4 branch svn (to fix this bug
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=12116) i confirm that its fix memory
corruption for me (look for bug id 12035). But now we have strange
problem.

Then Phone A (we use Cisco 7940, 7960, linksys spa2102) try call Phone B -
some time (random) its have big noise (Like voltage in line... not clicks
like E1 slips...) in RINGING and SESSION PROGRESS states. After Phone B
pick up line noise is gone.
