Summary:                    [patch] Extended Help Dialogs in Voicemail
Description: 
This patch extends some help dialogs in voicemail.  When a user
presses "*" for more help, the prompts are changed slightly to better
explain the meaning of each item.  The '*' prompt also enumerates all
voicemail options, not just the ones that pertain to the current
message.   This change was done locally to ease the migration of users
from another voicemail system but may be useful to all voicemail users.

This patch adds support for extended help prompts in voicemail.  These

are in the 1.4.9 sounds release.
