Summary:                    [patch] Add support to search for first OR last name
in the directory
Description: 
A customer of ours request that the voicemail directory be able to search
on first OR last names.  I added this feature, and it would require
recording a dir-intro-fnln.gsm from allison, but we had our voice actor
record one.  I would very much like to see this in new versions of
asterisk, as it is a simple change.

Okay, patch uploaded, and the new sounds needed are in
asterisk-sounds-1.4.9, so test away.  Let me know if you find any problems
that I have not detected.
