Summary:                    Asterisk stop accepting invites or registers
Description: 
time to time the Asterisk stop answering the sip register or invites from
users.
I see with show channels all these deadlock, there is no way to do a soft
hangup of them, only an stop or kill of asterisk to restart it is possible.

Asterisk 1.2 is no longer supported.  Also, we do not support patched
systems.
