Summary: wctdm24xxp / wctdm drivers can generate erroneous
battery alarms depending on location.
Description:
In some locations, there are short glitches in the battery alarm from the
telco that causes zaptel to generate battery alarms when it takes an FXO
line off-hook.

seandarcy, I didn't hear any dialtone in your sound file. Perhaps it's
just on the edge of dialing too quickly. Could you try adding a 'w' to the
beginning of your dial string to insert a half second pause?
