Summary:                    [patch] var_metric documentation for when using the
old Realtime Static mode
Description: 
I got a friend that's using ARA in the old static mode and ran into some
problems trying to set musiconhold => foobar AFTER setting up the agents
line in agents.conf using the ODBC backend. Later we found it wasn't a bug
actually, but a weird behavior because the var_metric didn't match the
order on which these options depend on each other. He had to set them
either sequencially or everything with the same var_metric value, so
Asterisk could get a correct "order by" from the database. Otherwise the
agents would never get a custom MOH class set.
