Summary:                    wctdm24xxp / wctdm drivers can generate erroneous
battery alarms depending on location.
Description: 
In some locations, there are short glitches in the battery alarm from the
telco that causes zaptel to generate battery alarms when it takes an FXO
line off-hook.

Revision 3924 of the battery alarms branch should resolve the problem when
ringing lines are not answered.

With regards to recording the DTMF digits, I've attached a rough script,
testdial.sh which demonstrates starting ztmonitor, dialing a call, and then
converting the capture to a wav file and gzipping it.  It does not do much
error checking, so you might want to read through it to see what it is
doing.
