Summary:                    wctdm24xxp / wctdm drivers can generate erroneous
battery alarms depending on location.
Description: 
In some locations, there are short glitches in the battery alarm from the
telco that causes zaptel to generate battery alarms when it takes an FXO
line off-hook.

I'm working on the problem with incoming calls with the battery_alarm
branch now, but with regards to DTMF tones, can you post a recording of the
digits that are being sent?  Do you only have problems in the
battery_alarms branch, or in 1.4.9.2 as well?
