Summary:                    wctdm24xxp / wctdm drivers can generate erroneous
battery alarms depending on location.
Description: 
In some locations, there are short glitches in the battery alarm from the
telco that causes zaptel to generate battery alarms when it takes an FXO
line off-hook.

Using the battery_alarm branch:

As I posted on the user list, I can confirm nothing is logged on an
incoming call.

Also, at least for me, outgoing DTMF tones don't work. I get number dialed
is incomplete messages. The log doesn't show any errors or warnings.

Any way we can help debug this?
