I have this tiny dialplan:

yes, you would do roughly the same:
svn co http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/team/murf/CDRfix6
should check this out and leave it in "CDRfix6".
If you want it in some other directory, you can say:
svn co http://svn.digium.com/svn/asterisk/team/murf/CDRfix6 someother
(and try to ignore the [^] stuff inserted by the bug tracker.
