Summary:                    proper dependencies on dahdi/tonezone
Description: 
The move to dahdi has separated libtonezone from zaptel/dahdi . A number
of modules will fail to build if both dahdi and libtonezone will both
reside in custom pathes.

Note that we still needed to tweak the confiugre script to use such a
scenario, as the test for tonezone would fail due to missing dahdi/user.h
because the custom DAHDI_INCLUDE CFLAGS are not used.
