Summary:                    [patch] Missing ChannelType in PeerStatus manager
event.
Description: 
There is an event 'PeerStatus' in channels/chan_sip.c without the
'ChannelType' header. I know the information is there in the 'Peer' header,
but every 'PeerStatus' event has a 'ChannelType'.
