Description: 
Bug http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=12236 provided two patches that fixed the
example res_ldap.conf and
LDAP schema files provided by Asterisk. This bug was closed with no
indication that this issue will be fixed.

What OID did you use for these attributes? We could a plain one without
ObjectIdentifiers.
