Summary: Asterisk crashes sometimes, when using Mixmonitor
Description:
Hello,
I am using Asterisk 1.4.18.1, Zaptel 1.4.8, Libpri 1.4.3, Addons 1.4.5.
It's a Call Center with 30 agents running X-lite.
I am recording all calls by using Mixmonitor.
Since I've started using Mixmonitor, Asterisk crashes and restarts itself,
at least twice a day.
Is there a patch to fix this, for Asterisk 1.4.18.1 ?
I don't want to upgrade to 1.4.19 or 1.4.20, at least in this moment,
because I am using AgentCallbacklogin.
Could please help me with this issue ?
Thanks.

Glad to help! What would work best here is if you can upload a backtrace
from when a crash occurs. For instructions on how to do this, see
doc/backtrace.txt in the Asterisk source directory. I have a feeling,
though, that given the intermittent nature of the crashes, that the use of
valgrind may be required to track down what's causing the issue. Should
that be the case, someone will notify you. The instructions for using
valgrind with Asterisk are in doc/valgrind.txt from the Asterisk source
directory.
By the way, I'm not sure I understand the connection you made between
1.4.19/1.4.20 and the use of AgentCallbackLogin. Have you found that
AgentCallbackLogin is not working properly in those versions?
