Description: 
Bug http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=12236 provided two patches that fixed the
example res_ldap.conf and
LDAP schema files provided by Asterisk. This bug was closed with no
indication that this issue will be fixed.

This patch is missing the ldif sections and ObjectIdentifiers as per:

I'm not sure how they even tested and proved this worked without having
a:

objectIdentifier AstAccountIPAddress AstAttrType:46
