Summary: [patch] Add a flag to VoiceMail to force write to
'default' context
Description:
Hi All,

When you use multilingual VM announcements and write to default context(so
the customer doesn't need to dial several context to hear all VM) this
usually is done with the symbolic linking.
But I use ODBC storage and the ability to change context to 'default'
before write the message seem the most efficient way around this for me.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I concur, channel language already implements this, and there is no change
required.
