Summary:                    [patch] users.conf mailbox
Description: 
When creating sip users using users.conf and specifying hasmailbox=yes one
would expect that the directive mailbox would be automatically assigned to
the peer.

People expect that if "hasvoicemail" is set in users.conf, even if
"mailbox"
isn't set, that SIP will detect a mailbox.
