Add a dialplan function that returns info about the current IAX channel,
similar to the SIPCHANINFO function for SIP channels.

iax_and_sip_channel_info.patch also adds the functionality of SIPCHANINFO()
to CHANNEL(), if this works as expected then SIPCHANINFO could be
deprecated.
