Description: 
Show the zaptel sync master as (MASTER) in the /proc/zaptel span file if
the span is the zaptel sync master.

This text is also used by the perl module Zaptel::Spans
(xpp/utils/zconf/Zaptel/Spans.pm ) to detect Span->{IS_ZAPTEL_SYNC_MASTER}
