Summary:                    TC400B load failure
Description: 
When you make install it puts the firmware for the tc400b in the
/lib/firmware as required but the filename is wrong.
modprobe is looking for tc400m-firmware.bin but zaptel 1.4.3 puts it as
zaptel-fw-tc400m.bin

attached is a simple change to reflect the new naming scheme
