Summary:                    [patch] --prefix should be applied globally.
Description: 
I believe that --prefix argument passed to the ./configure should be
global, that is, including var and etc (which, with --prefix=/usr/local
should end up as /usr/local/etc and /usr/local/var).
The idea of being able to choose a different prefix is to install
somewhere else, totally isolated and maybe even with different permissions
(think about a --prefix=$HOME/asterisk, which would be usefull for
developers).
