Summary: [patch] zaptel.init 1.2 and 1.4 to support
zaphpec_enable
Description:
I have attached patches for zaptel.init 1.2 and 1.4 which will run
zaphpec_install if it is installed in the /usr/sbin directory and an HPEC
license exists in the /var/lib/digium/licenses directory.
In addition, I have attached a modified version of the HPEC README listed
at ftp://ftp.digium.com/pub/telephony/hpec/README which reflects these
changes . The HPEC README will need to be updated to the one I've attached
once this patch has been committed for zaptel 1.2 and 1.4.

* Version of xpp modules is set from xpp/.version, rather than "unknown".
* Astribank devices are now initialized in parallel: faster startup

* USB firmware update: had bad lines checksums (and fxload did not
report).
* fpga_load can now better report bad hex file checksum ;-) .

Fix several places where we treat confmode as a bitmask.
It is a bitmask...sort of.. I'll explain..
confmode is used for 2 different things.
It defines both the "mode" and the "flags" of the conference.
The "mode" part is in 0x00FF and is NOT bitwise.
The "flag" part is in 0xFF00 and *IS* bitwise.
Confused yet? Good.
So, when we want to check the "mode" of the conference, we need to check
only within 0xFF.
There were several places where this was not happening - but due to luck,
it worked (...sort of).
That's what this patch fixes.
