Summary:                    ztcfg prints garbage if channel does not support
Description: 
The ioctl ZT_GETVERSION may fail, but its result is still used. This will
happen if you use userspace ztcfg from 1.4 with an older zaptel kernel
module.

In case the ZT_GETVERSION ioctl fails, ensure that the buffers are
initialized
to "Unknown" so that we don't try to print uninitialized string buffers.
