The following report appeared on asterisk-users:

So I'm all excited, ready to install Trixbox at home. Purchased my X100p
card in
stalled in a computer. I run Trixbox setup and boom I get this error
message "FX
O PCI Master abort"  It repaets across the screen and I have to reboot.

Regardless of the original issue that has triggered that error message,
there is the issue of the error message that repeats 1000(?) times a second
and renders the system useless once the problem was triggered.

The following small patch rate-limits that error message (only the first 
of each 1000). However I wonder which other messages need rate limiting or
other forms of suppression.
