Summary:                    [patch] zttool show incorrect timeslot's numbers and
fail when not all timeslots selected
Description: 
zttool show incorrect E1 timeslot's numbers (e.g. 27-32 instead of 26-31)
and fail when not all timeslots assigned to zaptel (e.g. with non-digium
equipment). This patch fixes these problems.
