Summary:                    INSTALL_PREFIX needs fixed in Makefile
Description: 
The definition of KMAKE_INST:= uses INSTALL_PREFIX before it's defined.
These lines need to be switched in the Makefile.

Also, there is a ROOT_PREFIX hanging around that doesn't make any sense.
These references should be changed to INSTALL_PREFIX.
