Summary:                    [patch] 'w' is ignored in pulse dialing mode
Description: 
My client is connected to very old PSTN - it uses pulse dial mode. Also on
long range calls it requires a user to wait for tone after dialing access
code.
But zaptel just omits 'w' (pause 'digit') from the dial pattern while
dialing in pulse mode.

I've made a very simple change to zaptel.c that solves this problem.

fix erroneous check to see if PWD was set before setting it in the Zaptel
Makefile.  It should always be set.  If not, it breaks the build when
using
