Summary:                    [patch] 'w' is ignored in pulse dialing mode
Description: 
My client is connected to very old PSTN - it uses pulse dial mode. Also on
long range calls it requires a user to wait for tone after dialing access
code.
But zaptel just omits 'w' (pause 'digit') from the dial pattern while
dialing in pulse mode.

I've made a very simple change to zaptel.c that solves this problem.
