Summary:                    [patch] Sets wctdm options automatically with
opermode=AUSTRALIA
Description: 
This is a simple addition to allow the automatic setting of compulsory
settings for Australian PSTN connections, once the opermode is set. ie
current: wctdm opermode=AUSTRALIA boostringer=1 fxshonormode=1
new: wctdm opermode=AUSTRALIA
This allows us as the distributor to ensure that all cards meet local
requirements without relying on enduser config.
