Summary:                    [patch] make update fails with subversion repository
Description: 
Since the file (dir?) "CVS" doesn't exist in subversion, make update
fails.

Chances are, this should be fixed in some of the branches (it may even
apply cleanly to the branches, with a -p2), and some of the other
repositories as well.
