Summary:                    unable to configure E1 signalling on TE410P
generation 1 card
Description: 
it's not possible to configure a generation 1 TE410P card to E1
signalling.
the first problem is, because the variable t1e1override is set to '0x00'
(override to T1) instead of '-1' (use jumpers).
after setting t1e1override to '-1' the card seems to be configured in E1
mode (the module can be configured with ztcfg), but then the syslog is
filled at a rate of http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=40#250 entries a second
with:

last known working revision of wct4xxp.c is 1.59

as i have no knowledege on the TE410P's hardware internals i will not be
able to supply any patch for this bug!
