Summary:                    [patch] makes init script portable for Debian
Description: 
zaptel.init was Redhat only specific, this will make the same work on
Debian based distro too.

Makes adding and, or removing modules to be loaded/unloaded easy; just
comment/uncomment to remove/add from the list.

And few corrections to Makefile also.
