Summary:                    [patch] zaptel.init can hang indefinitely during
boot
Description: 
Typo in zaptel.init can cause endless loop at system boot, preventing
system from coming up completely when zaptel modules can not be loaded.
Caused by not properly decrementing a "loop count" variable.
