Summary:                    tdm fxo senses pstn line disturbances as ringing
Description: 
any disturbance on pstn line is interpreted as ringing, and * processes
that via associated dialplan entries. Sip phone will ring twice, callerid
always "asterisk", and then hangs up without anyone touching anything. No
other calls in progress within *. Happens on all 4 fxo modules.
