Description: 
Asterisk sends a 482 Loop Detected upon receiving a presumably valid
re-INVITE.  Pedantic is enabled globally in sip.conf.

Rjain was right about Asterisk not marking the channel UP after the 200 OK.
 Asterisk usually marks the channel UP after it sends the ACK, but that is
not happening.  Does anyone know what could possibly cause Asterisk not to
mark the channel UP once it receive the 200 OK?  Do you guys think the
channel is not getting locked and that is why it is handling the re-invite
without the channel getting marked UP thus detecing a loop?  If so where
should this change be?
