Summary:                    Add Pause/Unpause to cli interface
Description: 
Hello. In my CallCenter i use shell (asterisk -rx) commands to
pause/unpause members. 
This is my patch to add pause/unpause commands to asterisk cli.

patch applied to last 1.4 SVN. i don't use 1.6 queues and not port this
changes to trunk and 1.6 versions, but i think patch need simple changes to
port it.
