Description: 
Asterisk sends a 482 Loop Detected upon receiving a presumably valid
re-INVITE.  Pedantic is enabled globally in sip.conf.

I am still getting 482 loop but far less than before.  I'd say it improved
95%, before I was getting it for almost every call.  Looks like there is
something else that is causing this.  Will post debug messages later.
