Summary:                    [patch] Corrupt Voicemail Notification E-Mails (with
file attached.)
Description: 
My server is sending out voicemail notification via Exim4.  99% of the
emails thus sent are perfect, coming through clear with the voicemail
attached just fine.  The issue is only occurring on some of the
voicemails.

Some digging in the call detail records show it only occurs on calls with
a 'src' of 'restricted' and a clid that has the opening " but no closing ".
 I am not sure if the system is receiving an actual clid of the missing "
or not, as I do not know how to go about reproducing it in a reliable
fashion.  I have around 10 of these garbled emails, one of which is posted
in the additional info, scrubbed of the users contact info.
