This patch based on mutex DEBUG_THREAD code.
Can be used to detect rwlock error and deadlock.

Second: make threadstorage rwlock untracked.

Fixed in trunk_lock_utils.v7.diff  (my wrong)

Also need changes in utils/aelparse.c. Empty function
ast_bt_get_addresses() need to be declared to avoid linkage error.

But "svn: 'utils/aelparse.c' is not under version control"
