Summary:                    non-linear skbuff bug
Description: 
dahdi_dynamic_eth (ztd-eth) failed to work with Intel(R) PRO/1000 Network
Driver .
The reason is e1000 using non-linear skb.
dahdi_dynamic_eth MUST linearize the data.
