Summary:                    "State:Idle" when placing outgoing calls
Description: 
The state information for a particular phone is updated correctly on
incoming calls ("core show hints" results in "State:Ringing" and
"State:InUse" as it should) but not on outgoing calls (when the user on the
phone calls a different number the state information remains "State:Idle").

I have attached a file with debug output and "core show hints" for a call
from extension 3013 to extension 3190. Extension 3013 is shown as
"State:Idle" before, during (ringing and in use) and after the call.
