Summary:                    "State:Idle" when placing outgoing calls
Description: 
The state information for a particular phone is updated correctly on
incoming calls ("core show hints" results in "State:Ringing" and
"State:InUse" as it should) but not on outgoing calls (when the user on the
phone calls a different number the state information remains "State:Idle").

There have been a ton of changes since beta9 relating to device states. 
Could you please update to the latest 1.6.0 SVN and try again?
