Summary:                    [patch] Make app_image work like app_sendtext,
app_url, etc.
Description: 
SENDIMAGESTATUS is returning 'NOSUPPORT' and 'OK', while other apps are
returning:
UNSUPPORTED, FAILURE, SUCCESS.

Also app_image on trasnmission error (or error on filename) is hanginup
the channel. Prevent that and set SENDIMAGESTATUS=FAILURE on error.
