Summary:                    "Close immediately" checkbox has been removed after
the new Mantis upgrade
Description: 
Prior to the upgrade, when selecting to move an issue to the "resolved"
state, there was a checkbox labelled "close immediately." Since the recent
upgrade, this box no longer appears when attempting to resolve an issue.
The consequence is that an issue must be moved to "resolved" and then to
"closed" using two separate operations.
