Summary: On MacOSX 10.5.4 asterisk 1.4.21.2 dies on a poll.c
error
Description:
I can get asterisk to run for a while then it seems to randomly die:

Assertion failed: (pArray != (struct pollfd *) NULL), function poll, file
poll.c, line 283.

I looked and found others had seen the same problem but the thread was
closed out. This was compiled using the downloaded generic tarball of
1.4.21.2 on MacOSX 10.5.4 with the latest Xcode tools.
